Just some of our constructions:
Polyethylene net webbing
Sailors prefer green polyethylene net webbing for trawl net fishing. Like all fishing nets, net webbing comes in specific sizes for different fishing zones, applicable regulations and the practices of the vessel's captain and quartermaster.
Polyamide net webbing
Polyamide nylon net webbing is more used for tuna fishing than trawl net fishing. Like all synthetic materials, polyamide nylon has physical properties that make it better suited for certain types of fishing.
Purse seine webbing
Simply put, a tuna or purse seine is a huge rectangle with 2 arrows at the end, 1,500 metres long and 300 metres wide on average, the equivalent of around 100 hectares. The tuna seine (also used for other types of fishing such as salmon or sardine) is made up of dozens of rectangular parts, each with a specific and different size according to its location on the boat, with different links and threads. The rectangular net is the net webbing. Traditionally this webbing is a mass-dyed black high-tenacity polyamide braid.
